STORE Capital Appoints Alex McElyea as Executive Vice President of Data, Analytics and Business Strategy and Lori Markson as Executive Vice President of Portfolio Operations


SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–STORE Capital Corporation (NYSE: STOR), an internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in Ssimple Jchild Ooperational Real EState, today announced the promotions of Alex McElyea to Executive Vice President of Data, Analytics and Business Strategy and Lori Markson to Executive Vice President of Portfolio Operations.

Alex McElyea joined STORE Capital in 2021 as Senior Vice President of Business Analytics to build STORE’s advanced analytics models and manage the ongoing development of its enterprise Business Intelligence platform. Alex has 20 years of experience in analytical roles within the financial services industry. Prior to joining STORE Capital, Alex spent four years at OneAZ Credit Union, most recently as Director of Data Analytics and five years at Plenti/American Express in marketing science and analytics roles. Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Arizona State University and an MBA from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Lori Markson served in senior management positions at STORE for six years and was previously Senior Vice President of Portfolio Operations. Lori has 25 years of commercial lending and real estate experience. Prior to joining STORE, she had a 15-year career at GE Capital Franchise Finance where she served as Managing Director of Underwriting and Portfolio Management and Vice President of Underwriting. Prior to GE, Lori held roles in commercial real estate underwriting, appraisal and loan origination. Lori earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
