Pasadena now announced the launch of a new weekly real estate magazine that features current residential listings in the Pasadena area and is distributed in a “print online” format to its 70,000+ weekly readers every Wednesday.
The publication features stunning print magazine-like graphics that are fully interactive online, with videos, home visits, direct phone access, and links for readers to get more property information.
âOur goal is to get information about the listings out to the community very quickly – and through our platforms, to the whole region – very quickly,â said editor James Macpherson.

The demise of print newspapers coupled with the need to publish timely, well-illustrated list information that would be read by a wide audience inspired the creation of the publication, he said.
âOur first issue of December 1 was seen by over 10,500 readers on day one,â he said. âA lot of local print newspapers don’t have that kind of real readership all week. “
In addition to appearing on the Pasadena now website, the new magazine ads is published on its widely read social media. Real estate stories on Pasadena nowThe Facebook page is visited regularly across the country, in nearly every state in the United States, Macpherson said.
âFor local realtors who want their brand bigger and their ad seen, this is the fastest and cheapest new option,â Macpherson said.
