By combining key design attributes of the range extender with the catamaran hull structure, the M40P surprises the market with a robust set of high performance features, providing customers with a flexible, cost-effective and right-sized solution for hydrographic surveying. , site and route surveys, construction inspection and seabed exploration. Responding to the growing industry trend towards zero-crew and carbon neutrality, the intelligent, low-power performance of the M40P is a viable solution that meets the needs of offshore surveying and supports a cost-reduction strategy. carbon emissions.

To welcome the return of this industry’s most anticipated event, OceanAlpha is teaming up with its French distributor CADDEN to present an engaging interaction space at booth #G450 in the central area of the show. In addition to the usual product displays, various high-tech elements are introduced to enhance the visitor experience. Attendees can walk through 3D product models via an interactive screen or video chat with a representative from the manufacturing department for advice on the product look. Attendees can also enjoy the thrill of driving a USV in person at the Waterfront Demonstration, held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. daily in CABIN 1 on the dock.

In addition to the M40P USV, IO attendees can see the following solutions:

SL20
The SL20 is a compact and portable unmanned surface vessel for bathymetric surveys. Its 177cm lunar pool supports flexible deployment of different instruments such as ADCP and echosounder. With a size of 1 meter in length and a weight of 15 kg, it is easy for one man to use and carry. Its powerful battery and low power consumption offer 6 hours of autonomy at 3 knots.

SL40
The SL40 is a waterjet-propelled unmanned surface vessel (USV) for multibeam bathymetric surveys. The innovative water jet propeller enables the USV to cruise at 5m/s and effectively avoid being entangled in aquatic plants or debris. The USV comes with collision avoidance and RTK, and can be controlled by base station or remote control. It can carry 15 kg of sounding instrument, making it the most economical platform for small multibeam echosounders like the R2Sonic 2020 MBES.
